About Justin“Trust is the single biggest component an agent should seek with their client. If an agent can’t gain a client’s trust, it will be very difficult to truly help them. Immediately following this should be knowledge of the market and area”. Real estate agent Justin Burt of Prudential Glacier Real Estate is the agent to turn to when buying or selling a home in Kalispell, Montana. Justin is ingrained in the local community, with family reaching back five generations. Burt has a family of his own here with his wife and five lovely children. He knows the market and has gained all of the Prudential Awards to prove it. Starting out with the basic training his office provided and his 2 year degree from Flathead Valley Community College, since July 2002 Justin has fine tuned his marketing abilities case-by-case. So, why did Justin Burt pursue a career in real estate? “Real estate has always been an inviting career for a sales oriented person. It has many rewards for those who are motivated, work hard and serve the public well. These rewards include the satisfaction of helping people with a major life decision, protecting them through the transition process of selling or buying, flexibility of schedule and general provision for my family.” Justin tells us that his favorite parts of being a real estate agent include helping people with their single biggest asset, earning their trust by helping optimize their positions and creating long-term business and friendship relationships with clients. Working primarily in residential and land, Justin Burt always focuses on the motivation of a particular client. Justin likes to help clients who are motivated to find the perfect or “almost perfect” home, as he reminds us that “there is no completely perfect property for any given buyer”. Justin Burt is a hard-working family man who goes above and beyond in every aspect of getting a deal done. Justin provides one of the best marketing packages available, using what works best through proven facts. He listens to what they are interested and gets them the home they want, even if it is actually want something slightly different than what they communicate. “People want to know that you care about the one of the biggest investments of their life.” Justin reveals that he is always backed by his family who are “always encouraging me and are great for maintaining a positive attitude”. Justin really brings his positive attitude to the table and gives us some great advice. For the first time home buyer or seller, Justin offers up this little tip: “I personally believe that the 1st time homebuyers should take an education course locally where they can get the basic instructions from a neutral 3rd party. They should also find an agent that they trust, who can answer their real estate questions and who is very patient and available.” When it comes to Kalispell’s market, Justin Burt tells it best when he says: “Current market conditions for 2009 locally reveal that we are in an ultra strong buyers market, probably unequaled since the last depression. Property is still selling, generally for about 95% of asking price, provided that the sellers are priced correctly. It appears that Repo’s and distressed sales will be a bigger part of our sales environment in the next 1 - 2 years. Fortunately, our home values did not explode up in the “glory days” as much as other areas that are experiencing such a big downturn currently. This would explain the “softer landing” that we are having than many other locations in our country.” Justin finds that the most challenging part of selling in this or most other markets is “finding the right price and maintaining a good condition that buyers will find attractive”. “Home is where the heart is” really captures Justin’s life. Justin has enjoyed living in the Flathead Valley area for his entire life and calls it “one of the greatest places to live in the world”. Kalispell has captured the hearts of those seeking paradise on earth. This “Big Sky Country” is a natural paradise with an extremely high quality of life, great schools, beautiful views, lots of wildlife and endless outdoors opportunities. When asked why he lives here, Justin tells us: “We live here for the quality of life for our family as well as the endless recreational opportunities that surround us. There are lots of lakes and rivers to boat on, fish and water-ski, lots of mountains and forests for camping, hiking and hunting as well as lots of friendly people. There is also a good commercial presence of businesses for eating out and shopping as well as an exceptional medical establishment. When people think of Montana, this is the place they think of.” Please feel free to contact Justin Burt at the following:
